Daily Goals for Weight Loss


My daily goals are as listed:

1. Eat more fruits and vegetables

2. Eat only lean proteins

3. Exercise one hour

4. Take 15 minute walk after each meal.

5. Write down what I eat

6. No soda pop

7. One coffee per day

8. Plan meals ahead of time

9. Lose 1 to 2 pounds per week

10. Weigh-in days are as follows: Monday’s & Friday’s

11. Make meals Fat Loss Plates

12. Check sugar 1 to 3 times daily

13. Drink 8 ounces of water before each meal
