Today I went for a 6 mile walk to make sure that I am still getting enough exercise. I have begun to start enjoying jogging but somedays my legs hurt and I just can’t. It’s chilly still in Indy right now but it’s warm enough to take a walk. One of my electronic devices told me that I burned 1,500 calories which makes me feel good. My goal is to do a half marathon next year. I am doing my best to stick to my diet.
